About This Project
A community-focused digital directory built to help local businesses get discovered by people searching for products, services, events, and trusted providers in Babcock Ranch. The site was designed around a simple user journey: visitors can quickly browse verified local businesses, explore neighborhood updates and events, and discover sponsored providers — while business owners have clear pathways to add a listing, advertise, and grow their local visibility. The platform positions itself as a resource for Babcock Ranch, described on-site as America's first solar-powered town, and currently highlights 50+ local businesses.
My Role
I designed and developed the website's user experience, visual system, page structure, and conversion pathways. The project balances the needs of two audiences: residents looking for reliable local resources and business owners seeking meaningful exposure within a rapidly growing community.
I continue to support the platform through ongoing content updates, business listings, event additions, UX refinements, and feature development as the directory expands.
