Practical AI, Directed by Designers

AI That Works for a Business Your Size

Most AI advice is written for enterprise budgets. This page isn't. Uros spends his days as Partner and Creative Director at Deep Vibe, an online AI creative agency spun out of DataRobot. Crux Design is where that hands-on experience filters down to businesses that don't need an enterprise retainer, just the parts of AI that actually pay off.

What Practical AI Looks Like

No demos for the sake of demos. Every AI tool we recommend has to pass one test: does it save you real time or bring you real customers? If yes, we set it up and show you how to run it. If no, we tell you not to buy it.

Where AI Typically Helps a Small Business

A website that works harder

Smarter content, better search visibility, faster updates.

Content that sounds like you

Drafts and variations you edit in minutes, not hours.

Repetitive work handled quietly

The back-office tasks that eat your evenings.

Customer questions answered faster

Without adding headcount.

The Real Problem

You already know content builds your name. That was never the hard part. The hard part is producing it consistently while running the business that pays for it.

01

No time to create

Every video or shoot eats a morning: setup, takes, editing. The week wins and the content loses.

02

You post in bursts

Three weeks of silence, then five posts in a day. Algorithms and customers both notice.

03

Camera fatigue

Being on camera constantly is exhausting, even for people who are good at it.

04

Competitors are louder

They are not better than you. They are simply publishing more than you.

05

Production is expensive

A photographer, a studio, and an editor are fixed costs before a single customer sees the work.

06

Your brand cannot scale

Your reach is capped by the hours you can personally spend creating content.

What We Build

Six Ways AI Fills Your Calendar

Every category below is production work we direct and deliver today, sized for small businesses, not enterprise budgets.

AI Spokespeople & Avatars

AI Spokespeople & Avatars

A talking spokesperson for your business: launch announcements, FAQ videos, training clips, and sales messages, delivered on camera without you ever booking a studio. The avatar says it the same way every time, in your brand voice.

Your Digital Twin

Your Digital Twin

A photorealistic version of you that films while you run the business. Record once, then appear in unlimited videos: weekly tips, seasonal promos, thank-you messages. Your face, your voice, your schedule back.

AI Models & Lifestyle Imagery

AI Models & Lifestyle Imagery

Photoreal models and lifestyle scenes for retail, boutiques, salons, restaurants, and real estate: on-model shots, styled interiors, Florida-life backdrops. Consistent faces across a whole campaign, without casting calls or day rates.

Cinematic Brand Films

Cinematic Brand Films

Short, cinematic videos that make a small business look like a national brand: openings, stories, product moments, set to music. Storyboarded and directed by a twenty-year motion designer, produced without a crew.

Social Content Systems

Social Content Systems

Weeks of on-brand posts from one production: carousels, Reels covers, story frames, and ad variations built as a system, so showing up daily stops depending on you finding the time. English and Spanish from the same shoot.

Product & Brand Visuals

Product & Brand Visuals

High-end imagery for products, menus, services, and before-and-after stories: ads, landing pages, storefronts, and listings. Guided by your real photos and how you actually work, like we did for Renée Group's entire website.

Live Avatars

Interactive avatars that speak, listen, and answer in real time: trade shows, lobby kiosks, website greeters, and product demos that never take a break.

English + Spanish

One production, both languages your customers speak. The same spokesperson delivers your message in English and Spanish without a second shoot.

Proof, Not Promises

The Renée Group Website

Renée Group Inc. is a DBE-certified, minority-owned underground utility contractor serving four states. Their entire website was populated with AI-generated imagery, guided by the company itself: their real job sites, their actual equipment, the way their crews work, and the Southeastern terrain they work in.

No stock photos of somebody else's pipes. No photoshoot that pulls a crew off a job. Professional, on-brand visuals across the whole site, produced from reference material the company already had.

That is the model: you guide with what is real, we generate what the brand needs, and the result looks like the business you actually run.

How an AI Project Runs

The same discipline as any production we have run for twenty years. AI changes the tools, not the standards.

Five-step process strip: idea, direction, production, editing, delivery
01

Strategy

We define the audience, the message, and what the content must do for the business.

02

Creative Direction

We build the visual world: references, styling, tone, characters, and story. You approve the direction before anything is generated.

03

AI Production

We generate and art-direct on the Crux pipeline, guided by your real photos, brand colors, and how you actually work.

04

Edit & Delivery

We finish, format, and deliver assets ready for web, social, and ads.

05

Scale

One approved look becomes a repeatable system: more variations, more channels, more languages, without reshoots.

Straight Talk

What we will do with AI, and what we will not.

What we will do

  • Generate imagery guided by your real photos, equipment, and locations
  • Keep faces, colors, and styling consistent across a whole campaign
  • Deliver in every format your channels need, including Spanish versions
  • Tell you plainly when AI is the right tool, and when it is not

What we will not do

  • Fabricate reviews, testimonials, or people presented as real customers
  • Pass generated work off as photography when you ask us not to
  • Use your likeness beyond what you approve, or share it elsewhere
  • Sell you AI spectacle when a simpler, cheaper fix would serve you

Our Standard

Every recommendation is explained in plain terms before anything is built, sized for a real small-business budget, and backed by three years of running AI-native creative at Deep Vibe. If AI is not the right tool for the job, we will tell you that too.

The Honest Boundary

Some challenges go beyond what a boutique studio should handle alone: full digital platforms, large-scale AI marketing systems, enterprise builds. When that's what you need, the work moves to Deep Vibe with Uros still directing it. You get one point of contact either way, and a straight answer about which door your project goes through.

Curious what AI content would look like for your business?

Bring your website, your photos, your menu, whatever you have. In one conversation we will tell you honestly where generative AI would move the needle for you, and where it would not.
